And i like a sweet cider and i have a bottle of bundy rum form 2004 from the masters distillers collection i keeping for when me lad has a child...

Similar but they call this one a "smoked whisky". It's made pretty much the same as a bourbon - barrel aged, distilled from a corn mash, but it's also been smoked. Grilling some steaks tonight I reckon this will go real nice with them
