Nothing but sours FOREVER if you use those plastic fermenters again. It might be possible to save them with a complete disassemble & nuking everything with strong bleach solution for a week or so, but once those nasties are entrenched, no amount of cleaning/sanitising will save them. Keep them for sours only & get new ones for "proper" beers.
Yeah bleach bombing it is the next step. I'm gonna be fuming if I make another sour after though haha

Finally got the rig heating on the weekend.... been a good few years with house child and wife and only yhe 2nd time I've been able to run this whole rig since setting it up.
Double batch pale ale.
66° Sac rest.
Overshot my estimated OG of 1.045 and got 1.049, but was 2L under target volume of 46L
78% brewhouse efficiency, got some tweaks to make in the kettle calculations to get it more accurate.

One of my pressure fermentors got damages in thr shed so had to bosh out the old Coopers FV.

Yeah here's me thinking why's beil short on funds for grow gear but now it's making complete sense 🤣
In my defence, this set up has been a been a culmitive progression of builds from about 2016-17... all starting from the small 20L pot on the lower shelf that I first started brewing with lol. I dare say I've never spent more than $200 in a single purchase at a time when i had that cash spare, each just adding something here or there, or getting something for free/ cheap to add to it.

That is exactly the story I tell my wife about my hobbies ;)

Careful, mate. After disappearing down the homebrewing rabbit-hole (pardon the obvious pun here...), it becomes a very expensive way to make cheap beer.
It's definitely easy to spend wayyyy too much at once, especially if you (not 'you' per se) buy pre built rather than building everything yourself.
