did you see the US parliament unanimously agreed to billions of dollars in aid to Ukraine
this is a transfer of public money to private enterprise in the US ( using Ukraine to do it )

the US provide military equipment , Ukraine can't pay for it
that's ok if you can't pay because the US will give you aid so you can pay
& there ya go the transfer of wealth / public money / taxes is done

make no mistake Ukraine hate the US & the US couldn't give a rats arse about Ukraine or its people
but right at the moment they are using each other , one of them needs real help the other needs to line there pockets
