OK. I'll ask the obvious question. What's different about this forum than OzStoners ? ( aside from technical). It seems to be much of a muchness to me. Content is content, regardless of platform. What can we do here, that we can't do there?

Freedom of speech is tolerated here imo, they constantly censor posts over there it’s bullshit.

I do like the mobile app, but the best growers on there are now here imo.

You can use both platforms old fox no worries.

The boss on OSA don't care, the forum is not allowed to have fun, its full of DC's, who have no idea
The boss here, cares a bit, you can have a little bit of fun, its full of DC's, who have no idea
They are pretty much both the same, boring as bat shit, full of DC's, but at least on here we can have some hope that it will come good one day

You can win active competitions here mate that is the major difference and they have a secure chat room connected to the forum. Both of these are lacking on OSA. I think tunks still waiting for his prize from OSA.
The main problem is the people that own and run OSA are all past their time and don’t seem to give a shit about the place unless it to edit the shit out of posts that they personally take offence to.

I know people have issues with Oz, and it seems he has abandoned the site as well. I personally don't understand the hate the mods get, but i haven't been a victim of censorship I guess.

I am actually curious about what gets censored, obviously i don't see the posts after they are removed. Do you guys have points of views that are getting silenced? From an outlookers perspective it looks like examples above of multiple posts of what amount to general ramblings gets essentially cleaned up. Which i personally don't think is a bad thing, i am curious on the owners of this site's opinion on this shit.

Yes frank I have had many posts that I considered relevant to the topic censored. I’ve also had heaps censored that is just shit talking from me and Pedro.
What shits me is they censored posts in my own threads without so much as asking.
That’s why I like Bills approach of talk as much shit as ya like in ya own threads which I try too do but keep it in ya own threads.

Look I’m not that interested in talking above the nuisances of cannabis cultivation I like the general bullshit chat and overall feeling of a form.

I don't know what Frank wants. But I want access to tested, stable, female photoperiod seeds. I want to read about experiences from people who have actually grown these genetics. I want to know who the best breeder of female seeds is in Australia.

Honestly not too sure, been on a few different types of forums over the years don't remember a perfect one.

For a canna related site especially an aussie one i would like a large diverse group able to discuss topics etc.

Reality is at the moment it seems like most of the members here are a clique from OSA which has started there own thing, which isn't a bad thing and have seen it before. But a larger audience may not be too keen on personal inside sledges spammed in the new posts section rather than canna related things. I understand they in your own threads. But that's jsut leading me to not post in topics so i don't get spammed with pedro posted porky sucks at growing x amount of times in a thread you've posted in.

this is just my personal views tho
