I agree 110%

All the amendments you advice to add are going to cause you nothing but grief

First thing is every animal is going to be attracted to your plot

Leaving baits is shocking alone. , but all you are doing is leaving more evidence something is going on

It's not the cats and dogs you are going to kill it's everything they feed on as well

One of the best ways to fight buds in the bush is the encouragement of predators to your plot , ie lizards , Small mice and rats that will feed on the bugs

You're trying to create a friendly environment

Another thing , through that in your plot and you'll need a yr or 2 probably before you could use it anyway, it will take that long to break down

Do it right and it will reward you yr after yr , do it wrong and all your effort go to waste and amount to nothing

Straw , never used it bush , just another thing that shouldn't be there and will be easily noticed from a distance , stick out like dog balls from air
i agree. i pan on putting a large amount of mozzie netting arounf my plant with poles holding it up and stones to keep it from blowing away. this will stop anamials and bugs alike. i will be using some sort of mulch on top of my plant just to help with water retainment, ill decide what one when it gets closer i guess.

hahah thanks, yeah im going to dig the hole hella deep first, just to turn the clay a bit and get some air in there, so the clay under all my soil can allow for drainage, athough with how dry the ground is around here im not sure if i even need too. ill be sure to send you guys a photo when i find my spot. although that is in a years time as im just preping for the next growing season and getting information and research etc.
fingers crossed!
