Hi Sedge. You are probably wondering why only 96% ABV and not 100%? Good question The reason is: azeotropic point when it becomes increasingly difficult and economically non-viable to separate water and ethanol further. The remaining 4% is water.It’s still ( not a pun lol.)weird that they call it pure.
