Hi Sedge. You are probably wondering why only 96% ABV and not 100%? Good question (y) The reason is: azeotropic point when it becomes increasingly difficult and economically non-viable to separate water and ethanol further. The remaining 4% is water.

As to why we call it pure... Well, we are proud of the pure taste and aroma we achieve for this rectified spirit. Being certified organic, there were no chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides involved into any stage: from field where the raw material was grown to fermentation, distillation and bottling :) So, yes, pure it is indeed
