So what part is in dispute..?....canna seeds are not legal in NSW to possess or sell so unfortunately it looks pretty cut and dry to me in a legal sense..the website and seizure of actual orders going out.......plus the supposed possession of canna leaf and mushies....surely they dont have a leg to stand on...wonder if they also have ongoing investigations into the other aussie online sellers..?...TBH with quite a worldwide push for decriminalization its surprising to see police assets used for this lengthy "investigation" ....shame they couldnt instead be used to fight the huge increase in youth crime in Queensland this year..
