What was the date when you put the pots outside?
@Bigfoot35
Sounds to me like they got put out a bit early and have started to flower,
They should go through the reveg cycle as the days get longer and send out fresh shoots very soon.
It will stunt the growth a bit waiting for that to happen.
I have a flowered plant I put out a few weeks ago I want to clone and keep and it has reverted already.
Sometimes the shock of going from 18 hours or whatever you had them on before putting them outside can induce the plant to start flowering as well, but if it is a photoperiod it will revert for you.
It's a good way to test the veracity of their claims about their seeds as well.
All is not lost and you can harvest any buds below the new shoots.
You could also throw some pollen around and make your own seeds on the lower bits that have started to flower.
