Final yield from the whole project was around 550ml. I probably wouldn't do it again, but it was a fun experiment.

Not super strong & definitely leaning towards the couck-lock/sleepy side of things, but it certainly does the job. Not really surprising, since I was just using-up a mixture of old stocks from several years ago. Much of the THC would have degraded to CBN (which is why I labelled it CBN).

The whole process was long & drawn-out, using multiple runs with an air-still, which would mean that the whole lot is already decarbed for edibles, so I'm going to make a LOT of gummies for my sister.

What dose you taking? Just sussing what actual doses ended up. If it was 1ml, then 550 doses isn't too shabby!

So far, I've only tried vaping the oil. I'll try making up some capsules for an edible dose & see how that goes. One cap would be 0.7g, or less than 0.25ml. I won't know how that works until I try it..

Well these ones arrived. Fucken schmick, pretty big difference in pipe length and bowl depth. Fucken love it… now have fourteen quartz sticks to last me the end of my days.

Super nice message on the inside of the box, made my day. While I got wood just on viewing said items, couldn’t get the sticks hot enough with your normal crack lighter. Still has me off chops. I also buried the pin but not hot enough for sure.

Can’t fully appraise it yet. The side outlet looks way over sized but the internal pipe volume is so small it seems right. Tried some shotty action but not required.

The colour change is subtle but sexy. And the setup seems pretty much perfect despite them being individually blown pieces.

Flogged up as fuck and headed to Mitre had it for a fuck off propane torch😀🤣🤪

Usual tracking shit, never knew it was on a plane until the cunt landed in country. Then passed customs and picked up, straight to delivery. Alright timeframe, just the update frequency.

I’d definitely recommend.

Even with a solid butane burner it took a couple of goes to work out the sweet spot of the flame. The stick is really large and takes a fair bit of heating. Got the hang of it now, after a bit of trial and error.

Really smooth and the weakest of draws drags in every bit of smoke.

A bit flogged up after all the testing :ROFLMAO:

I made up 10 caps of pure oil on Saturday for a try-out:

5 x 20 drops (conservative dose), 5 x 40 drops (max capacity of the 00 capsules). The 20-drop ones were ~0.5g filled. The 40-drop ones were ~0.9g.

I'll guestimate the lower-dose ones at 10-15mg.

I dropped one of the smaller-dose ones about 3pm Saturday & within 45 minutes, it had kicked-in. Very nice, definitely noticeable but cruisy 6+ hours. 'Dunno if I'm game to try one of the larger-dose ones, as the smaller-dose one did me just fine without being overpowering. I'm a bit of a lightweight.....

That means I'm sitting on well over 1000 doses from the project. At my current usage-rates, that will do me for about 20 years...... :D

OK folks, I'm after some simple advice. I've done some research, but it's really doing my head in!!

Can anyone please provide some simple guidance on how to replace the existing corrugated outlet hose on a portable washing machine with a smoother alternative that's available from the Big Green Shed etc?

Is the outlet from the portable the same as a standard one? Ie. A barbed bit of plastic where the corrugated hose is clamped on with a metal spring clip?

Thanks for the replies, guys. However, my problem isn't as simple as removing a clamp/spring clip or just pulling the original hose out a-la the video, as it seems to be glued-in place:
DSCN3955.JPG

I could just cut the original hose off & put a larger ID hose in its place over the moulded outlet (which is integral to the tub of the machine), but a hose that size wouldn't be sufficiently flexible to make the sharp turn to go through the outlet aperture in the outer casing (which would have to be widened to accommodate).

I suppose I could use a 90 degree reducing elbow from 32-25mm (if such a thing exists?) and multiple Jubilee clamps, but don't know if that much hardware in the base of the machine would fit without stopping the machine working.

Any ideas?

For the glue... could try heating it to soften the glue... maybe hopefully just dislodge.. I've done that for stuff like PVC pipe and PVC cement, soften the whole thing and the glue softens enough to pull apart.
But
Not sure if its like a female opening where the end of the hose is a solid male plastic part that is glued. Might need to cut off and Jimmy something in that case.

Unsure how much room you have, but if you can come straight off the existing outlet with 32mm CVT if you can remove the glue and not damage the plastic housing, then find room to add 90° poly fittings to do the bend, hopefully out the way of hardware?

Can get the 32mm CVT from bunnings, but not the 1 1/4 poly angles i dont believe.

do you have to put the outer casing back on or can the machine still used without it

frenchy cannoli used a machine that used 90 degree elbows , his still went through the casing though , not sure if he modified the opening to fit the new hose through

A few choice beers (Hook Norton Porter & Shepherd Neame IPA) to lubricate the braincells on a cruisy Sunday arvo & watching a few more YouTube video's revealed that I was actually looking at things wrong...:rolleyes:It's much easier than I first thought.

I reckon I can do it with some 25mm CVT, a poly elbow & a few Jubilee clamps. Still have to widen the outlet aperture in the case, but still, very doable. The big green shed beckons on the way home from work tomorrow arvo.

+1 for the Shehperd Neames IPA 🍻

Also, glad you got it sussed.
I actually thought you were trying to adjust a washing machine for actual washing and was going to mention hot temps and hose kinks, until itchys first video lol
