I know mate, I'm surprised I found time to put that one on tbh haha the ingredients are sitting and waiting for me, along with a bunch of dirty kegs how we supposed to work as well as brew and grow and golf and fish

Fuck me if I know lol. I'm in the same boat but replace golf with keeping the garden nice lol

just did a VDK test, and figured its one of the best tests there is to decide when to CC and then keg.
Are you familiar? If not, get on it. Really useful when you want to get something in the keg, rather than just waiting X days.

Never heard of it! I usually just take a sneaky taste straight from fermenter to know whether to dry hop, cold crash or throw out
