Finally had a good crop of Spanish Queen olives.
10kg, pitted and into the bucket.
Making a bench press next year, hand pitting them was a blag and did my hand in.
Could just slice but that would take just as long or leave the pits and wait longer to cure and then have to bite around the pit

Went and had a look down at bunnings and the useless cunts actually had a few punnets of stuff which I ended up getting.

The only decent time to go is when they are loading it off the trucks and the punnets are still on the dollycarts waiting to be placed on the shelves. They just kill everything lol

Got me mitts on miniature broccoli and cauliflowers along with these mini cabbages.

Mate I got 95% off my local facebook market place, better prices and much better variety. E.g I got 20 strawberry plants for $40 already had berries on the too! So cheap got grape vines for $5 each heaps of cheap stuff, can get most stuff here.

Cabbage was infested with thrips and aphids. Should get some relief now they have been sprayed with neonicotinoid pesticide. Sayonara‍♂.

Yeah mate increased watering after a dry period can make the pumpkins increase in size but the skin doesn't have time to stretch

Consistent watering as well as a decent amount of mulch will help avoid it.
