Be prepared to get dehydrated have choppy sleep patterns and if Ur having mental health issues stopping cold Turkey could exacerbate those feelings. Heightened anxiety and what not.
Mixing with tobacco can have a more narcotic effect then smoking without also mixing with tobacco bring that dreaded bong tobacco cough and hacking up that sewage pipe phlegm which isn't good for anyone.

Funnily enough I can testify that this is from the weed or at least I have very similar experience when giving up.
I also had to get prescription medication to help with sleep and what not.
The sweating usually stops after a week or 2.
Dreams start out as nightmares then transition into some pretty cool vivid dreams.
Also drank alot of tea not that green tea stuffcan't stomach it
Took well over 3 months of no smoking exercise before it was completely outta the system.
Easy for some not so easy for others...
The vividness of dreams really freaked me out and fully agree, took 3 months at least to just feel like everything was starting to feel normal again.
