"Damage ? What damage??? no, no nothing to see here..." They know how dangerous that shit is but 'Shhh, maybe no one will know...' big money and the railways are BIG money like to pay to make stories stay low, minimise any claims.
The rail regulations were strengthened under Obama and deregulated under Trump. And now the cowboys own the ranch. Some were warning this was going to happen and now everybody's pointing fingers of blame. They may have to quarantine the whole region yet. Sounds like the mix of toxins are like 'agent orange' on steroids. And it's already in the water.

Watch this space. The creeks and streams all run into the Ohio River, it drains into the Mississippi River, all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. We'll be hearing little bits about the consequences for decades to come.
