White fly

I have a big problem with what I've been told is white fly tiny flying white bug don't seem to b hurting plants just shit loads of them plants r in flower any ideas how to get rid of them without hurting my ladies thanks all tried taking pics to bloody small to show up

Try 1 ltr water
100 MLS full cream milk and dash of detergent and spray underside of leaves
Worked for me

If u let em get too outta control they can smash ya, so yeah as mentioned get that soap wash with maybe cold pressed neem just not on buds….simples
