Whats the up/down arrow things?

Seen them only on the latest Comp thread.

When I clicked mine it just highlighted it.

Hope I didn't fuck anything up as I clicked someone else's and it took it to +1 and then -1 if you clicked the down arrow. Then click it again and it reset to 0.

So I didn't click anything else.

For some reason all new comp threads in that forum default to a Question.

I always just change it, but should get it fixed.
