So I’d like to know the actual legality of cannabis seed sending then.

If seeds are unidentifiable then they are destroyed. But if they were imported with branding and no stealthy hiding. And were able to be processed and proved to be sold and kept as “souvenir” as seed banks put it. Then can they come thru?

They most probably won’t get thru anyways. But I’d like to know where it stands if it could come thru and be accepted.

The thing is if you want to import seeds they have to be declared and passed by quarantine,,,and unless you have a license to import cannabis seeds then you got no hope,,and as for souvenir purposes ,,,you got no hope again.
