Yeah, but it is still available on the streets, like everywhere!.

Weed,coke,valium,ketamine, even viagra! Very easy to get anything on the street.

Yeah, fuck taking anything out of the country. I'd just obey whatever the laws are in the country I'm visiting. Ending up in Court or Hospital overseas would be a bloody nightmare.
