Recommended lighting

Hope y'all in a good place .
Anyways my plan is to start my room 3.6 x 3.0 .
Fully air-conditioning.
Planing on running 12 autos for now.
Question: Any clues on an ideal light for them .
I have 6 inch exhaust
Large charcoal filter .
Clip fans x 2
So I'm just looking for a light to have a footprint to suit......
All advice would be awesome cheers

Do you want to light up the complete 3.6 x 3m footprint? That's a paddock.

12 autos would only need about half that floor space Id have thought. That could be made up in many configurations.


3 bays of 4 plants, 1.2m x 1.2m bays using 3 x 480-600 watt leds.


Or maybe 2 bays of 6 plants at 1.5m x 1.5m+ using 2 of the new HLG 730w.

3.6 X 3.0 metres or feet? If it's metres that's a decent/large indoor space. Footprint could yield 10lbs each run with around 4000 watts. I'd fill it with 20 pots X 30 litres each. Wouldn't waste that space on autos, use all photoperiods. Your electricity bill will be over $2000+ in a 12 week period. I wouldn't waste that much money playing with autos.

Thanks for your advice.
I should have explained myself a bit better.
The room is that size.i don't want to cover the whole area.
So my numbers bit high
6 plants makes more sense.
So that changes things a little.

At this point Autos are my poison.
I have a 600 watt Mars hydro
Draws 100.
Is this light suitable to veg 6 girls to veg under.
I don't have a million dollars (yet).
I like the way @thefullspectrum explained in bays 2 x 3 plants is exactly what I think will happen .

I really like your idea.
I've definitely decided that 2 bays of 3 plants.
So 1 hlg 730s will do 6 it seems .
Electric ity is small issue,I do have 20 solar panels so daytime is minimal cost

Ignore the bullshit the Chinese manufacturers tried to feed us about 100 watt lights being equal to 600w or whatever. They try to justify those claims by saying it has, eg: 200 x 3 watt diodes. = 600watts. Even though its only powered by 100 watts and would melt with any more. Suitable to veg 1-2 plants really. Sounds like an old blurple is it?

Yeah a 100 w led will only have about 70-80 cm square footprint.
for flowering ..only slightly larger footprint for veg.
