That ones in a 9 or 11 litre rocket pot, it's in peat and perlite

Edit: Only training has been the pipe cleaners opening up the canopy a bit in the 1mx1m frame

Been a bit scientific lately with pot sizes and have reached conclusion that humungus pots 4 autos are not a done deal
5 and 10 ltre smart pots produce acceptable weights as long as u flush often and renew with already broken down nutes. Yeah pots become full of roots quickly but are air pruned adequately and with correct ppm's re-ammended often u can achieve 6-7-8 zips per 10ltr pot
