Any prescription drugs that aren't in their original package with the patients/clients name on it will get you in the shit. I was of the opinion most already knew that.

But yeah, fucking stupid conundrum that shouldn't have happened.

This packaging rule is so stupid.
Like why can’t patients just have a photo ID card and carry a joint or gram in their bag or pocket. It’s just common sense but then common sense doesn’t make state revenue.

Depends a lot on the judge and how educated he is on the subject , also how receptive they are to the information

Lots will still have the attitude of this judge , she could have got a judge that dismissed it but that wouldn't have exposed the defiency in the laws
