Is there a pizza thread?
If not, does any one else get into it?
48 hour cold ferment, poolish, wood oven, gas who cares as long as it tastes nice.
Pizza (pepperoni especially) is the one food I've liked since I can remember; pizza on a friday night with my dad, delish.
Now I get to play around and make it myself, delve too deep into it and add it to the list of things I get to enjoy and have been for a few years.
Anyways, here's to pizza
