Hi all. I'm a new grower, only been at it for basically 12 months. If you told me a few years ago that I'd oneday be growing marijuana plants I'd have laughed. About 3 years ago my wife was diagnosed with a debilitating autoimmune disease, she's been on just about every pharmacy drug known to man at different stages even daily chemo drugs, this is what lead me to delve into the medicinal cannabis world. I read just about everything there was to read on cbd and it's use in the medical world then we decided to give it a try. Getting a prescription and trying to legally source it proved to be a nightmare and the black market cbd oil is unreliable and/or expensive. I managed to get some beans and away I went, had some failures at first, learnt on the run but now got it pretty well sorted, have had to experiment with a few different strains and still doing so. Medicinal marijuana has been a life changer for us, the wife has gone from having g a cocktail of pills and daily injections just to feel semi normal to being almost back to normal in the space of twelve months thanks to mj. when a plant that has proven healing powers and is illegal but yet man made drugs that have harmful side effects are handed out freely you know there's something wrong in the world. Anyway that's my story, thanks for reading, I'm looking forward to reading some threads and sharing stories here while gaining knowledge about this amazing plant. Cheers.

Hi sedge. So far we have used cbd strains Charlotte's Angel, cannatonic and candida. Also used 1:1 thc/cbd strains silver lime haze and shark shock and northern lights. Would like to get hold of some harlequin but have never seen it in any aus seed sellers. The 1:1 ratio strains seem to work the best especially for the pain and insomnia.

Hey mate, we've been making oil with the rice cooker method, also have a dry herb vape which is more effective than the oil.
