Here's our latest $330 billion second hand purchase!
But we cant have it till 2030?
U.S has really ass fucked us very well this time!View attachment 32899
Well it’s 5 bill a piece for the 2 Virginias and then we’re building the others in conjunction with the Brit’s in s.a. Atleast albo bought some of the jobs back to aus, Dutton would have had them all built in the USA.

Also 8 nuclear subs means we can fuck up chinas economy by controlling/mining the straight of malacca if they start getting a bit agro.

Yeah so it’s a good thing they’re suited to longer stealth deployments in surveillance operations carried out outside of Australian territorial waters.

You don’t buy nuclear subs for short deployments or shallow water operations.

We’ve been abandoning our Asian pacific neighbour's for years to deal with chinas incursions on their own, these subs will allow us to force project into the indo pacific and South China Sea and counter china’s influence.

It’s not like diesel subs are a good option when we import nearly all our diesel and have around 14 days worth stored in country at any one time.

The fucking nerve of the CCP. Having a sook that Australia building nuclear subs is Cold war mentality.

Meanwhile China has the worlds biggest navy, with at least a dozen nuclear subs, and has been quietly undergoing the biggest defense buildup in history.

Personally Im hoping these subs are just a start. Australia is a gold mine of resources that will become even more important in the renewable energy age. We need to show China we wont be bullied and can and will defend everything about our country and lifestyle. Those pricks are the biggest danger to humanity as we know it.

Chinas wants other countries to adopt the “do as we say, not as we do” policy for defence and economic policies
