pretty sure thats for single glass covered CMH lights?

CMH bulbs sold in AU have a double jacket of of glass to stop the harmful

UV-C Light, which causes eye n skin problems.

Not all CMH bulbs are double jacket. You can get them though. None of mine are. States on the box of DE 315w CMH to use them with a seperate glass jacket. Horti-Vision bulbs I believe. Also the Philips sell single and double jacket CMH bulbs, not sure on the Hellions pretty sure they are only single jacket. These are the only brands I use.

Definately. I don't think CMH light is very good for you haha.

My skin is pretty sun hardened so I havnt had any issues yet, I do cover up as much as I can. A friend of mine has really sensitive skin, after 5 minutes in my room the back of his ears had severe sunburn.
