How to spot a legit dispensary

Hey guys, I know this question has been asked a lot but I'm finding it really difficult to make sense of all the legal supply out there.
Pensioner here who has been growing decent herb for personal use for years. Now have dodgy neighbour and cant grow this season. Cupboard is bare, local street herb is poor quality and damn expensive. Looking to source medical in Central Victoria. would love a concession, decent choices and good service but accept reality. Any tips would be very helpful.
pissed off, i had a great quality supply from my own yard, wish they would just leave us to do our thing.

Would you be able to do a small indoor grow?..
Medicann are pretty good, from what I remember you go to their website and book the initial appointment, they'll call you. You just tell them you've been using weed for pain management / depression anxiety insomnia etc but want to do it 'legally'. Then they'll probably say they'll send you scripts for overpriced THC and CBD oil and flowers, make sure you tell them you're a pensioner and you just want the cheapest flower, should be able to get 10g tubs for around $70-$90.

All the phone appointments cost you though. I'd rather just grow indoors..

I was gonna just grow anyway but lost my bottle. The knobs don’t even live there it’s a holiday house
Can’t be having that kinda hassle in my yard after all the years of peace
Will return to indoor but be good to have some in between harvest and a legit container

i used medicann clinics. easy. and they are good at letting you change scripts to try different stuff.

Likewise. Of the strains I've sampled, only two could stand up with what I've produced previously myself. A lot of it is complete garbage without a doubt. I'm probably doing similar to yourself, where I only place a order or two a year to keep the dates on the containers looking like they've been purchased that year.

But yeah. Not a fan of the Medi side going by what I've sampled so far. Though I do acknowledge that there is need for the service in this country for the simple reason many are too bloody useless, or not in a situation where they can produce their own.

Bean collecting is addictive in and of itself. But growing is a great and positive lifestyle. Taking care of plants, making sure they are growing in the best possible environment, watering frequently, defoliating, keeping an eye on pests and diseases just to name a few of the things a plant demands. Its consuming but a very positive. I'm a much better person, more patient and put together since I got a green thumb.
Since I started growing both canna and just normal veggies in the plot outside, its been a great journey to have along side me with the events that happen in life. Helps keep me grounded, figuratively speaking, lol.

Best thing to happen to me was getting the green thumb bug.
