Ive just started "growing". I'm Sick of getting ripped off buying Asian PGR.
Any help is appreciated. The guy at the grow shop sold me a 4x4 tent and a 600watt hps light
He told me I can get up to 16 ounces from this light.
I'm hoping for a few ounces. Which would last me and hubby at least 6 months.
p.s growing seeds we got in a bag of Lemon Haze I think they called it.
I'll post some pics as/if they grow. lol

Welcome Misty. Plenty of good info on here to get you started, it sounds like you're on the right track already.

You probably won't get a pound at first but it really depends on how much research you do.

You'll need a carbon filter and extraction fan

2 or 3 fans for good airflow

Expect 50% of the seeds to be male so plant way more than you need and pick the best 4 or 6 girls to run for harvest

Not knowing background of seeds can be a dodgy business

Quality genetics is a better option down the line

Long term a pound under 600w with the right method or genetics is not an issue but I wouldn't even worry about yield at this point

Focus on keeping your plant/s healthy and making it to harvest and put focus into how you want to dry , trim and cure your end product.

Focus on the plant and how you harvest and the rest will just come

Also if you're growing Haze indoors expect it to stretch a lot in flower and plan for how you are going to support the larger colas ahead of time

Welcome. A good grow starts and finishes with good genetics. Unknown bagseed haze is going to be a big risk for a new grow. We spend a lot of time( and money) getting our seeds to harvest. An extra $50 to $100 on a bag of reputable seeds imho, is these days, a necessity. As a beginner, look for something that is advertised to finish flowering in about 9 weeks. A real haze strain could take 14-16 weeks to finish, making it more difficult for a newbie to get a successful harvest. Oh, and don't use autoflower seeds as a beginner grow, as that will end in tears.

Good luck mate I did smoke some Lemon haze once
wasn't too bad from Flash seeds if I remember correctly
Also Greenhouse seeds and Ethos genetics do a Super Lemon haze
maybe that is what you have the beans from??
Probably not the most ideal strain to begin with but hey if that is all
you have to work with chuck some in and see what happens
