Hermie?

I'm a relative newbie. Auto Northern Lights, outdoors, Sydney region. I thought I was pretty happy with this plant. It grew well, looked healthy the whole way. But, have I arrived in Hermie town? No dramas with others - the only others I have are still young seedlings, so not yet at risk. But am I right this has hermie'd? Should I harvest asap, or still let it go? It's pretty close.

Just swollen/mature bracts mate. Your good. No Hermie from what I can see. Looks pretty much ready.
