Yep, it was if the internet was inundated back in the mid-00's where it seemed a bunch of teenagers were sourcing info on how to do a PC grow and hide it from their parents, crazy times.

Can't knock the theory too much though, as some ppl pulled off some great setups/grows. I suspect they were season growers though, and many noobs would've crashed 'n burned with it i'd say.
