There's also a theory going around about going barefoot more often helps. Whether that be by grounding yourself or the sensory stimulation of the natural ground under your feet I'm unsure but can definitely relate to it.
Have seen Youtube videos of people sleeping on tin foil that's connected to their earth pin of a power point. Not even sure if they were being serious or trolling but yeah.
Regarding plants: it seems to fall increasingly close to growing things in a triangle for some reason in my mind.
Will give benefit of the doubt for going barefoot on the grass for a few hours especially after a week of the feet being enclosed in boots and standing/walking/hauling all that time.
yeah i reckon bare foot on the ground = grass , dirt but not concrete or sand although i have seen some mention concrete or sand being wet makes a difference but not really sure bout that
you can buy grounding sheets for the bed , mats as i use , mouse pads , i'm sure there are other items that can keep you grounded as long as possible which is said to be a good thing = longer duration
some of the claims are , better sleep , better blood flow , electrons are thought to act as natural antioxidants, neutralizing free radicals , reduced inflammation , there's a few others but in saying that if you eat crap smoke 3 packs a day & drink piss like it's about to run out then the benefits of grounding probably ain't gunna help much
if you have a blood pressure meter you can give it a try , take a meter reading before going outside , then take a chair out & sit with your feet bare on the grass or ground for 15-20min then take your blood pressure again , just on taking blood pressure , anytime you take it do it 3 times in a row & look at the average of the 3 times , don't just take it once & say that's the number
