Curry leaves - among other uses are great with scrambled eggs - I've got two big ones in my garden. Careful too as wasps love making nests in them.Mine’s a third of the size. Missus hates the taste, though she loves spice and curries. It’s got great weed potential with the right vector.
Will go bonkers if you plant it in the soil . Best plant it away from the houseThis plant would be about 8-10 years old & I've been cutting it back hard each year after harvesting the leaves. This year, it went completely bonkers. I really should get it into the ground...
Chuck a few leaves into hot oil before you start cooking the onions & garlic for a curry & it adds a wonderful fragrance to the whole dish without overpowering anything.
