Confirmation Email not being received

I'm in the same position as the original poster - not confirmation email being sent.
But there's more!
It allows me to log in but presents the following message:

"Oops! We ran into some problems.
You have been banned for the following reason: Spam. Please contact the administrator if this was done in error.."

As an unconfirmed member it was not humanly possible to contact or post to anyone ...
Luckily I found this thread by accident to report the issue.

I've also sent a couple of messages outlining the issue, using the 'contact us' menu option at the top of the site,
but as yet haven't received a response yet.

Here's hoping ... ... ...

Sorry, we'll get you unbanned asap, a lot of the spam accounts signing up have very similar kinds of names so it's very easy to mistake you as a potential bot.

@John you're unbanned now welcome to the forum. Your vpn IP was pinging from estonia, along with your basic name it was hard to tell if your account was genuine or just another bot. Apologies again.
We would be more inclined to accept proxy ip's which are in Australia, makes it a bit easier for us to distinguish a real person from all the spam accounts
