City of Coffs Harbour may have a new problem on its hands, after images emerged appearing to show mature cannabis plants growing in council-owned garden beds.
The stunt is being described as a guerrilla marketing campaign for cannabis legalisation.
The situation reportedly became obvious only after several mature plants were spotted growing around the CBD.
To be very clear, nobody should be planting cannabis in public gardens, council gardens, nature strips, traffic islands, or the flower bed in the middle of the roundabout near the old council building.
