Blackstrap molasses, should I be using it in late flower?

I’m in flower. At the moment I’m just using grow nutes with booster PK. I see in various forums and websites they use blackstrap. Should I be using it later in flower stage? Next question is what are the benefits?

Rule of thumb is, you can pump the plants up with as much stuff as you like. But if the genetics are fairly ordinary, nothing is going to improve the outcome.

Problem with additives, 99% of it is crap marketed to us to cash in on our stupidity/naivety.

I was using mollasses on a weekly basis until I was informed by a gardening guru that it does pretty much nothing
for the plants
can help soil microbial life but not as well as Mycorrhizae , humic and fulvic etc
