Aruma Zephyr /Medical Cannabis Strain/Info

Hi crew,Hope you are all feeling well or at least feeling the best you can with a little medical cannabis.
Looking for any advice on a cannabis stain called Zephyr,As I have got a script for this stain. for chronic pain & to help me get more sleep as I am only getting around the 2-4 hr of broken sleep a night an is really taking the piss outta me.

Do you use oil? I find that helps most nights. I use RSO, except if I’ve had a vape close to bedtime.
