Watched a doco on it about 6 or so months back. Apparently most street shit is cut with fentanyl these days, and its ripping through and taking a lot of Homeless Junkie's out with it.

As contradictory as it sounds, i'm not sure the route they're taking is the right one. I will hand it to them though, they're seem to be open to almost any ideas to try and clean up their situation over there.
