I plan on getting a lux meter off eBay in the following days however for the time being what should I set my seeds 100w light to and what height? I planted the seed 2 days ago and it hasn’t germinated yet so I’m still waiting however I am using a 100w full spectrum mars hydro light, so far I’ve set it to 50% and have it 50cm from the top of plant pot, is that okay?

Yeah but I dont really know what it means or how to adjust it based on the pffd thing, and nah it didn’t come with height recommendations

try 12 inches at around 30% if it's only a seedling, generally you only news like 10000 lux for the first 2 or so weeks until uou start getting some decent true leaves
Okay thank you, just adjusted to what you said.
Also do I keep the humidity dome on or remove it?

Take it off if it's sprouted and you can see baby leaves 👍🏻, if you notice the leaves are drooping downwards and the plant is contorting over the shop then raise the light up a bit. Imo too much light is better than too little light, you don't want lanky beanpoles that keel over from not enough light.

Trying not to overcomplicate things for you too much, but once you got that lux meter you'll be able to dial it in so it will be efficient than guessing
