I know if there's at least a smidge of THC in it, I won't be able to tell what's what haha. I've smoked strains that are like 3-4% THC and 8-10% CBD and still got wrecked.
Think of the act is purely physically habitual for me. Tell me I've smoked a cone and I'll probably believe I'm stoned for a while until you tell me I'm not haha.

Yea I need something to cut me smoke with haha.
Tbh I could probably have one THC cone to three CBD and still feel the benefit of the THC. Plus it wouldn't be as much of a fuck around if I need to find a new job with levels not being 1 million.
Getting sick of working 2 days a week but everywhere I've applied does drug testing now.

Dead set? I've not been in the job market for, ever really. Worked for one bloke since I was 17 on weekends, then as he acquired more properties the work picked up. Took a few years off to sort out my daughter though and dealing with that workforce shit under scott morrison was painful enough.
But never would I think drug testing has gone beyond heavy machinery operating, the mines and truck driving like it was when I was young.

Most of the jobs I'm applying for are heavy industrial, machine op or welding jobs and a ton are popping off the need for a medical and drug test now.
Not to mention going through three job portals and two labour hire companies just to apply for a single fucking job now.
Had way better luck back in the day when you could just rock up to the front door with boots on. Now there's five pre interviews and three data harvesting portals where I've gotta upload ID multiple times.
Problem is now if I rock up the the door, everyone just tells me to call labour hire and they are all fucked. Can guarantee most food processing, warehousing, meat works are all looking for medical and drug/alcohol screening now too .

Yeah we deal with labour hire companies at work, some are fucked, some are dodgy as shit, some just slow shit down to collect the money. Most of the employee's we get from the labour hire companies around here are fuckin idiots. They'll say they'll be at work at 8.30 and rock up at fuckin 10 or 12 and I'm waiting around to set them up from 8am and gotta find other shit to do and keep checking if they've rocked up

Sounds about right haha. I can't stand em. Now you go to apply for a job, have to sign up, add ID, click on an ad, it opens a portal to the same job advert but I'm a different platform where I have to sign up, add ID and shit, then click on "apply now" which sends me to the third portal with the same job advert but different listing.
They have every cunt thousands to start fake labour hire companies during COVID, and now there's 5 labour hire companies all advertising the same job, and each one just sends you to the others portals.
It's a mess. They are all just harvesting data. .if you check on the seek, CareerOne style portals, there will be two positions at a warehouse, and nearly 1k people have applied, and the jobs been up for a month. If you click on it it just takes you to another portal with the same job listing but a different company. It shouldn't be that hard to find two minimum wage workers for labour, and certainly shouldn't require four portals, five listings and 1-2k plus applicants over a month.
It's so fucked now.

Yeah when I was on jobseeker/newstart (had to withdraw all my savings which is another story just to recieve the payment) I found that out when I was filling in bogus job applications. I tried to stay within workforce job listings but would have to venture into seek and the others and lists the job then just forwards you to their portal and you have to fuckin sign up, fill out some psycological evaluation quiz, provide id like you said, upload resume, create a whole profile and only to be told nah no thanks. Which is what I wanted at the time lol but if your dead set trying to find a job, what a cunt of a system
