I went last year.
Nana plaza in Bangkok!! It's a must see mate.
I think it may be illegal there now.
Still with it being legal for so long it won't be hard to find something good!
I had some real good stuff there but I was fairly expensive for anything good.

Chang Mai is beautiful regardless of dope.
I had the closest thing ( I’ve had) to a spiritual experience at a monastery outside of the city.
Completely *sober. And if you’re into datura there is the biggest tree I’ve ever seen at the entrance.

* the datura might have had something to do with it as just the smell affects me to a degree.

Yeah my tip would be to stay away from the lady boys

Weed was top shelf...and bottom shelf..along with the prices..lol

There’s weed shops everywhere was in Phuket last May every 2nd shop is a weed shop . Was just eating the gummy bears

I am currently in Thailand now. Very disappointed with the weed in Bangkok, mostly because of price and I reckon most of it is PGR weed. Also, alot of it is falsely labelled. There are not many terps present and it all looks and smells the same. It is roughly 20-35 AUD per gram and some of it is seedy, even in the well known brand shops.Most weed grown here is picked at 50-55 days so not really grown to its full potential. I found something decent on the street for $5AUD per gram.
In Pattaya the weed is a little better quality although you need to look hard. Picked up a half ounce when I visited a grow site. Paid $30AUD for the half and quality was good enough.
I have seen 3 indoor and 2 outdoor grows here. already. We are way ahead of Thailand in terms of plant quality and bud quality. I reckon they need another 5-7 years to work it out. It is hard to get quality gear here like lights and nutes. It is all High temps and high humidity play havoc on the plants. Also plants are sprayed with insecticides( Non Cannabis). There is no pesticide or mould testing as is required i the USA.
Cali weed is available here. 3.5g for 90-150 AUD. I heard from a reutable source that the Cali weed that makes it here is stuff that did not pass testing in the USA.
The weed market here is just for people who dont smoke often. Shop customers ask for the weaker weed ( Pre rolled) because of their inexperience. I have seen mums and dads buy pre rolled spliffs .
I reckon the weed was better pre legalisation. I used to get ounces of compressed Laos brick for $10 and it was good enough once you cleaned out the stem and seeds. Tasted good too.

Going to Koh Chang in a few days and looking forward to some real sativa there.
