where to get seeds for medicinal strains please?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a place to get seeds for good medicinal strain, high THC. It's to make RSO for my wife, she's fighting stage 4 lung cancer. Can someone please recommend where to buy from? I'd like to get a delivery sooner rather than later. It is literally a matter of life and death.
Australian based shipping preferred for obvious reasons.
I'd settle for a few clones if I could pickup locally (Perth).

Sorry to hear about your wife Hobby. My advice in your situation is to get female photoperiod strain(s). In your situation you don't need to be mucking around with possible male seeds found in regular strains. Also avoid autos, for lots of reasons I don't want to get into here. DC seeds are legit. With or without the ! Good luck
