About the only place I know that could grow out Porto Rojo would be in Auz,
its an ass of a sativa I've seen grow in Europe - fail even nth /merica it don't grow well
but its most definatly worth the struggle, one plant you don't grow inside ...IMO
I will give it another go ...when I got the cash ..lol

What you can do ...

on receipt of the seeds is leave them on the table at your place for an hour or so...any bad news coming your way should appear in under an hour, as an unopend parcel legally you havn't received the contents yet

you can always say you are gonna return to sender

Buying guns..? only in the usa is it a requirement to register the body of the weapon,
in the UK only the bolt? is registered(numbered)
so buy the body in China and the rest in the usa

If you're talking about seed intercepts, It don't work that way, man.

If Customs/AusPost intercepts seeds, they hand them onto state/territory coppers. It is at their dicreation if they want to act on the evidence/details provided on the item. If they can match the person to an address, they'll then (may) proceed to to get a search warrant and lob up to your doorstep. You don't even get to see what you ordered as the coppers have seized it already.

Hence the importance that you never use your real name and address.
