Skittles black spot leaves

So I’ve been away a few days and come back to find my girl apart from a bit thirsty which was expected, some mis coloured leaves.

In coco pearlite mix
Ec 1.6
Ph 6.5

Skittles auto day 54

So I’m thinking either cal mag deficiency
Or
Nutrient lock out n needs a flush

Although I do flush periodically

Before went away was looking great and perked up

I often forget or get slack and they get too dry but come good
after watering them ,,can always expect a few shitty leaves because of it ,,it throws out the EC and PH of the medium.

Water it till runoff ,then go back twice more after a short wait ,so it doesn’t keep any dry spots in the pot.
you’ll only be chasing your tail giving supplements like Calmag
