My crappy fan

So I have a cheap oscillating fan in my tent, I bought it from a hydro shop, and today I noticed that the oscillation feature is broken. It only oscillates if I stand there and press the knobby thing that turns oscillation on and off down hard.

I'm thinking of replacing it with an ac infinity one, but until that happens, is it better to:

Leave the fan on pointed at the plant
Leave the fan on, pointing away from the plant
or
Take the fan out and throw it in the bin and go without for now.

Going into cooler weather should be able to pick up a very cheap fan at $2 dollar shop.or Bunnings

Wrap some sticky tape around it 3 or 4 times. Might require regular maintenance.

It’s the only thing I have that’s not spider farmer funnily enough

Still should be able to grab fans at bigW, Kmart , Bunnings.
But having it on atm will at least move air around your tent. Maybe as high in the end as you can fit it to max the area of air blowing.
