Med cannabis analysis

Just interested in people's thoughts regarding medical cannabis flower analysis.
Do med users out there think there should be a more precise analysis of all cannabinoids and terpens in medical cannabis flowers.
Thc content alone seems a little half assed for a medical product.
Great that it's available but we need to know exactly what's in it, don't we?
So we can use it to full effect! I have seen plenty of full analysis charts from o.s , USA and Canada.
But doesn't seem to be much info at consumer end .✌Anyone?

I personally like to see as much info about the strain as I can get. I’m genuinely interested to know the actual strain, the parents and x, terpenes, thc, cbd, who the grower is. The canna review site I just posted has most of that. Maybe I have to do a little digging online to get everything.
