it's been a couple of years and I was just wondering how the A.C.T. folk have found the canna laws? Was wondering if anyone has been hassled by the cops and if they feel free enough to talk about their plants in public?

Yeah the laws are shithouse, the limit of wet and dry is so low that if they want to bust you, they will.
if they've got better things to do that day, they won't, but they'll come over tomorrow.

However, without people indicating how stupid the laws are, nothing will change apart from putting lipstick on a pig.
