Help in diagnose this on the leaves

I am not sure what this is going on on the leaves of this plant. I had a look at a few places online trying to see what this is, but I wasn't sure that any pics looked the same as this. It's an organic soil indoor grow , plant is just over 2 weeks old, it's at least 30" from the led light.

It's variegation. It's genectic. That's a pretty good case of it. Most of the time it's usually only on a few leaves. I've seen some plants grow out of it too. Don't think that one will though.
It's only ever effected the leaves on the ones I've had with it.

Ok, I just looked in up, sounded like a non distinctive pattern means it's from a virus
