Free Insulated Grow Room on Gumtree

I just came across this on gumtree -> Cold room available for free - Brisbane

Would make for a pretty nice grow room I reckon. Always the way... I've been looking for something like this for a while now & one pops up when I'm stuck interstate

I'm wanting to get my hands on one of these, its just a matter of time until an old blockie in my area pulls one out and tries to sell the panels and cooler on marketplace. I'm really keen to set up in one and play with temperatures to bring out different traits and probably also protect myself from the insane 45C days

The panels and angle turn up pretty regularly on Gumtree, would be great to line a shed with, tents are getting - tedious.
