First time outdoor grower

Gday . Growing my first outdoor plant . In a pot atm and over a metre high . Want to maximise the growth . I live in central qld so nice warm weather . Been using seasol once a week and water every other day . It’s in a reasonable size pot but thinking of transitioning to the ground . I anm getting some browning off on tips of leaves ? Any advice much appreciated.

it doesnt look to well either, sorry to say but i would bin it and start again, its to late to start again outdoors but..

Two different photos. Which photo does your plant most closely resemble now? Plant in first photo needs to go straight into compost pile, and start again. Plant in second photo may be salvaged, if not a male.

Have you been giving it any other fertiliser? Seasol alone wont be enough once the nutrients in the potting mix are depleted.

As porky mentioned mate that plant is most likely male, if so then u won’t see any seeds as they don’t produce seeds, they do how ever produce pollen sacks.

Ooh shit.. brace yourself Komrade theres plenty to choose from.

If you're new to growing I'd recommend listening to the "Mr Grow It" podcast on Spotify he's very knowledgeable, easy to understand and caters for all skill levels especially the beginner.

If these responses seem confusing don't be put off coz you have to start somewhere as everyone does.
Listening to podcasts allow you to learn at your own pace and proceed only when you are ready.

I'd start by feeding it some liquid fertiliser as it'll take that up the quickest. Just something from bunnings, no need to shell out for canna specific products IMHO

Just one small but vital tip in case you weren't aware.
Autos go straight into their forever home so as to avoid any triggering situations.

I'm also going to be doing autos after my current run.

Excited is an understatement, I'm like a fat kid in a candy store
