Building me a veg space

Howdy stoners!!!
I'm planning my winter growing season and want to knock up a veg room. I'm wondering how I would go about vegging plants in a recirc system (ebb n flow) then how to swap them into the flower room do you just disconnect and move whole buckets from one room to the next? Hope this makes sense. @Cooper how do you go about it?

My formula for veg is roughly 1/2 the watts and 1/2 the space of bloom. Yes, I just carry the pots from one room to the next, perlite helps to keep the weight down. 19mm barbed fitting and flexible hose make disconnecting pots easy. Does that help?
