Bug when linking threads since server updates.

I've noticed on a couple of posts that when I cross link to another TSE post instead of a straight url link or preview, it now appears as below :

I've noticed gifs don't work for profile pictures/banners either. probably a good thing though

Extended the php execution time - large gifs seem to work now
